Federal Reserve & Chinese Blockchain Move Forth with Real-Time Payment Project, FedNow

On March 8, 2022, the United States Federal Reserve introduced its real-time payment project and the news of stepping into the blockchain space. The project is called FedNow Service Provider Showcase which will come to life in 2023. Additionally, the platform also includes Chinese blockchain projects. The objective of the FedNow Project The project aims to offer financial institutions and users a variety of services, mainly instant payments. The Service Provider project includes more than 50 profiles and service providers. These providers aim to assist in the seamless implementation of the project and support its main feature – instant payments. FedNow’s Digital Wallet The only blockchain corporation that features in FedNow Service Provider Showcase is Cypherium. Users can directly use Cypherium digital wallets.
