Binance Hires Ex U.S. Deputy Attorney to Manage Legal Affairs

Binance cryptocurrency exchange has hired Joshua Eaton, a former Deputy U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of California as its first Deputy General Counsel. Eaton will helm the platform’s legal affairs, supporting global compliance, investigations, and law enforcement coordination activities. Binance Hires Its First Deputy General Counsel Over the course of his career, Eaton represented the United States at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and in the US Army. Additionally, he provided key guidance to numerous Presidentially-appointed U.S. Attorneys across America and U.S. Army commanders across the country as well while serving abroad. Eaton provided advice on operations, investigations, litigation, policies, and programs spanning a wide spectrum of US federal and international law enforcement and operational issues.
