Markets are working when innovations result in many, many other attempts to improve or take advantage of the initial innovations.Unfortunately, many of these efforts to build off of the new innovation result in schemes that are not always legal or practical as the markets evolve to the "new" future.This is what is going on in the "crypto world" now and we are seeing how innovators are trying to work with the new technology to create a different future.However, as has been the case in other markets, at other times, regulation is often needed in order to prevent or reduce the misuse of the innovations taking place.The United States is going through this process right now.
